Frequently Asked Questions
General
Mostly smaller businesses with up to about 50 employees, across Germany — from cultural and healthcare businesses to industry and trades, and individuals such as a practicing lawyer. On-site appointments are offered exclusively in the Eifel region; otherwise the collaboration runs remotely.
Usually within a day.
Yes, I work in both German and English.
Yes, that's one of the most common requests. Depending on what should carry over and how the site is currently maintained, it usually comes down to either „Migration" or „Renovation" — more on both below.
Migration (from €849)
For anyone who wants to cut ongoing costs: one upfront investment, then a lean, low-maintenance setup for the long run.
The pure move to a new, lean technical base — no CMS with editorial training, no dynamic systems, no database upkeep, no ongoing email/DNS management. If you just want a fresh version of your existing content online, this is exactly right.
About 1 day.
Migration starts at €849 one-time. The tech stack afterwards costs €0/month — the only ongoing cost is the domain registration itself, around €5–6/year for a .de domain with a registrar like INWX. There are no CMS license, hosting, or maintenance fees like with conventional solutions.
Renovation (from €1,649)
For anyone whose current site needs to move — e.g. because of cost or an unstable WordPress setup — and wants a fresh look at the same time. Existing content is reused wherever it makes sense.
About 1 day for the layout refresh with existing content.
As soon as new branding, a new logo, or new imagery is wanted — at that point it basically becomes a graphic-design project on top.
Both, gladly — ideally with concrete inspiration, the more the better, so it can be addressed specifically.
New Build (from €2,300)
For anyone starting completely fresh who wants their website to become its own innovation project — e.g. as the centerpiece of a campaign: an elaborate 3D configurator, a small browser game, a forum, or other digital meeting spaces, with measurable metrics and individually designed experiences.
Several weeks — this is the most comprehensive package, covering essentially everything around the project.
Yes — that's the core of this package: campaigns are thought through cross-media, so beyond web into print, social, and other channels. For highly specialized areas like Facebook ad campaigns, experienced colleagues from a previous marketing career are brought in.
Classic Graphic Design (from €149)
For anyone who needs a specific print format — flyers, brochures, books, promotional items — including advice on prepress, finishing, and special colors.
About 1 day for a DL flyer, 2–3 days for a 15–30 page book project.
Anything that would concern a website — unless a single key visual is needed for the web, in which case that's covered too.
This is often the uncertain part, because prepress has little room for error — advice covers bleed, full-bleed motifs, paper/material (including acrylic, wood), plus 3D printing and laser engraving, with clear feedback at the end on whether a file works as-is or what's still missing.
Name and number are enough. I'll call you back personally — no call center.
